The second round of auditions for the student show Fire & Ice will include a fitness evaluation for performers eligible for group pieces. The fitness evaluation will test the cardio, strength, and flexibility of each performer. Inability to execute all evaluated skills will NOT prevent a student from being cast. The tests are designed to see where each performer is at in their fitness and evaluate their potential.

Students are encouraged to prepare well in advance. Circus Scorpius offers a variety of fitness classes that can aid performers in preparation. A number of coaches are also certified personal trainers and/or flexibility coaches who are available for private lessons.
